COMMERCE + TRUST

Clear operating policies.

The practical rules governing production, proof approval, checkout, delivery, privacy, and product claims.

01

Shipping + production

Initial production estimates are generally 7–14 business days after proof approval and supplier capacity review; complex custom work may require longer. Carrier transit is separate. FedEx Ground and an eligible Standard Overnight carrier option may be offered, but Overnight describes transit after production—not manufacturing speed. The confirmed order timeline is recorded after proof approval. Supply constraints, weather, address corrections, and carrier exceptions may change timing.

02

Returns + production issues

Cable labels are produced to an approved proof and are generally customized goods. Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins. If an order arrives damaged, materially differs from the approved proof, or has a manufacturing defect, document the issue through the customer portal promptly so it can be reviewed for replacement, reprint, or another appropriate remedy.

03

Proof approval

Production does not begin until the required proof is approved. The customer is responsible for checking text, color direction, quantities, cable fit, and layout. On-screen colors are approximations; exact physical color work may require a custom color-matching service.

Privacy + cookies

Essential storage supports security and display preferences. Optional analytics and marketing storage remain off when Essential only is selected. Launch-list email addresses are stored privately and used for CableCode opening and related launch notices; every recipient may unsubscribe. Quote-request contact details, configuration, and planning estimate are stored privately and used to prepare and respond to the requested written quote. Submitting a quote request does not enroll the requester in marketing.

05

Commerce terms

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Configurator totals are planning estimates, not accepted orders or payment requests. The written quote confirms freight, applicable tax, production feasibility, proof requirements, supplier capacity, and the quote expiration date. The CableCode palette and printed identifiers are generic organizational tools; they do not certify cable performance or imply endorsement, affiliation, or compliance with a third-party trademark or standard.

06

Accessibility

CableCode aims to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, reduced-motion preferences, readable contrast, descriptive images, and clear form labels. If an interface prevents you from building a quote or submitting a custom project, use the business contact channel to request assisted service while live support is being prepared.

These operating policies are designed for launch readiness and should be reviewed with qualified legal and tax advisors before expanding into new jurisdictions or offering credit terms.
